This is a two-day (12 hours) workshop and it covers:

· Introduction to risk assessment based on ISO 31010:2010and COSO ERM integrated Framework; Inherent risk versus residual risk identification and analysis;

· Analysis of likelihood/probabilities,consequences, vulnerablilities and speed onset of risk using Failure mode (FMEA) and Bowtie model;

· Risk Assessment Workshop.
